Job Objective:
(Purpose of the job)
Property Sales & Marketing
Location: Bangalore, Chennai,Pune, Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Surat
Supervision Received:
(Position reports to)
Regional Manager
Supervision Exercised:
(who reports to this position)

Job Essential Functions:
(Job Responsibilities)
Manager should be a person with 7-9 yrs exp in sales of which atleast 3 yrs should be as a branch manager in the insurance sector.
   
  Profile of the team leader should have min 3 yrs exp in sales in the insurance sector
   
  Achieving Sales and Relationship Targets
  Should have contacts among HNIs and other potential investors/customers, so that sales happen quickly
   
  Lead Generation/Business Development
  Should be an independent Lead Generator and not dependent on Company promotions
   
  Building databases/ Market Intelligence
  Should be a keen and curious about what is happening in the business
   
  File timely Reports
  Should be computer literate [MS Office]
   
  Site Visits for Clients [May be required on ocassion]
   
  Co-od with Legal Team for Client queries/paperwork
Educational Qualifications:
(Essential/must)
Graduate
Count Required: Mgr - Bangalore - 2, Chennai - 2, Pune - 1, Surat - 1
  Team Leaders -  Bangalore - 5, Chennai - 5, Pune - 3, Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Surat - 1
Experience Required:

Assistant Manager
