  • To manage and enhance existing relationship and develop new relations.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships and impressions with client.
  • To ensure the highest level of quality and consistent communication to all clients.
  • Ensure maximum customer satisfaction by providing pre / post sales assistance and achieve delivery and quality norms.
  • Expand relationship base through references and penetration into new markets.
  • Be an investment consultant to our clients. Analyze and understand client’s needs and offer investment solutions on basis of their needs.
  • Adherence to our company norms and values.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Support different business verticals.
  • Ensure consistent inflow of cash by reducing outstanding payment.

Desired Profile
  • 4 to 6 yrs of Exp in relationship management.
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work with targets and consistently raise the benchmark.
  • Ability to handle tough situations in a composed and intelligent manner.
  • Ability to provide solutions and bring win-win situation.
Educational Qualifications
B.Com with an M.B.A.would be an added advantage
Experience Required
Concept Selling, Media Sales, Financial Product Sales, Property Sales, Insurance, ITS and BPO Industry
