Our genesis project ‘The Solitude’ on the outskirts of Pune paved the way for the emergence of the Land Trade, Property Sales and Contracting Divisions. However, in 2006, we continued to build on our strategic direction by expanding our operations to offer a broader array of services like Property Sales, Channel Sales, Land Trade and Property Management.

The Engineering Division of our company was born in 1999 as there was an immediate need to develop land for our in-house project ‘The Solitude’. The professional expertise and real time experience gained in executing a project of this scale has honed our skills in Planning, Design, Estimation, People Management, Rate Analysis, Scheduling and Execution of projects.

Expat Leisure and Resorts (ELR) fulfills the need of individuals and families for a place to recoup their energy, rejuvenate their minds and refresh their spirits with facilities, services, and events centered on the all round development and healthy living of both - “Healthertainment”. Beginning in late 2008 with XLR8 - India’s first world class Indoor Sports Arena, ELR today brings this vision to life across four strategic areas – Resorts, Sports Arenas, Clubs and Events.

Expat Group has set up a joint venture called Expat Media International (EMI) with UK based Global Indian Travelers Association (GITA) to manage their 18 year-old magazine, ‘The International Indian’ (TII). Established in 1992, TII is the oldest, authoritative magazine of Gulf Indian society and history. Reflecting the ethos of NRI’s in the Gulf and globally, TII features thought provoking issues, highlights remarkable people in their chosen fields of endeavor, with insightful writing relevant to various aspects of life in the Indian Diaspora.

The mining operation was conceived in the year 2009 as a means for diversification of business in the Expat Group of companies. The driver behind this was the increased demand for minerals the world over. Currently the mining division has operations in gold mining in Ghana and manganese mining in the Philippines. Being eco-friendly is of paramount importance hence Expat follows Hi-Tech environmentally friendly methods of mining with modern processes & equipment that enable mass production.
