Nagarjuna Dreamland is a township project of 6 residential blocks of about
5 lakh sq.ft. area, and 2 high-rise towers of about 3 lakh sq.ft area.
 Phase – I: 2 blocks (100 flats) completed and sold out.
 Phase - II: 4 blocks (160 flats), of which, in 1 block the work is in
progress. The work in the 2nd block has commenced. The remaining 2
blocks are yet to start.

undertaken on and the promoter has vast experience of 35 years in the

Nagarjuna dreamland is the only gated community apartment project in this location as of now. They have completed 2 blocks in this project that are completely sold out. In the last 12 months the buyers from the 2nd block have got exactly double the price growth.
